Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the specified pickup location during the designated timeframe. We cannot hold items beyond the scheduled pickup date.

4.3 Perishable Products

Flower subscriptions contain perishable products. We are not responsible for damage occurring after customer pickup. For optimal freshness, we recommend collecting your flowers promptly and following the care instructions provided.

5. SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT

5.1 Modifications

You may modify your subscription by contacting us at wyldheartflowerfarm@gmail.com. Changes may take up to 7 business days to process.

5.2 Cancellation

Jewelry items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if in original, unworn condition with all packaging. Custom or personalized jewelry items are not returnable.
