When you snag a Flower CSA Subscription from Wyld Heart Flower Farm (for yourself or as a gift), you're jumping into these garden-party rules:

Reservation and Refund Policy

Once you've claimed your flowery treasure, your spot is locked in! Just like seeds planted in the ground, your purchase can't be "un-planted" (no refunds). But if life throws you a curveball, you can pass your blooming bounty to a friend!

Gift Certificates

Spreading flower joy? Make sure your lucky recipient knows how to claim their flowers! All the details are provided in your confirmation email or on our website under FAQs.

Seasonal Share Adjustments (aka. Mother Nature’s Mood Swings)

I understand that Wyld Heart Flower Farm reserves the right to adjust the pickup dates for my flower subscription based on various external factors like weather or bloom timing. If there are any changes, I will receive email notifications, and it is my responsibility to ensure that I am receiving these communications. Should I not receive an update within two weeks of the expected start date, I will contact the farm. I will also add wyldheartflowerfarm@gmail.com to my contact list to avoid any issues with receiving important emails.

Flower Pickup Responsibility

Your gorgeous blooms will be waiting during your chosen pickup window! Can't make it? Send a friend or family member to pick up, or your bouquet will frolic off to someone else that week. Sadly, our pickup spots cannot accommodate pickups outside of the agreed upon day or times.

Farm Risks and Rewards (aka The Farming Rollercoaster)

CSA life means sharing in the sunshine AND the rain! You get farm-fresh, wow-worthy blooms, but sometimes Mother Nature throws tantrums (storms, pests, or other garden dramas). We work our gloves off for amazing harvests, but sometimes the weather doesn't play nice. We will always communicate with you if a problem arises and can’t provide your flowers.

Flower Care and Shelf Life

Our blooms last 3-6+ days with proper TLC (certain varieties, like Dahlias, have a 3-4 day lifespan. Their beauty is worth the short life, though)! We'll share all the secrets to keeping your flowers fabulous, but once they're in your hands, their destiny is yours to nurture.
